Chocolate soy low-carb muffins (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Separate egg whites from yolks and beat whites until firm
  3. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients Add egg whites and mix.
  4. Pour mix into 6 greased muffin cups, about 1/2 full.
  5. Bakeat 325 for 20-22 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
