Baked triple veggie dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese; set aside.
  3. Mix remaining 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese and all remaining ingredients until blended.
  4. Spoon into 2 quart baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with reserved 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake35 minute or until lightly browned.
  7. Serve hot with Wheat Thins or assorted veggies.
