Recipe instructions
- Heat the brie. You can put it in a warm oven for 30 minutes or microwave GENTLY for 3 to 5 minutes. You want the cheese to be runny on the inside but not running out of the rind.
- Pour the chutney over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the curry powder over the top.
- Serve with crackers. Water crackers work really well because of their neutral flavor.
