Blender remoulade sauce (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except for the green onions or chives, for 5-6 seconds.
  2. Add the green onions or chives and now blend only 2 seconds. Do not blend longer or you will have puree.
  3. Chill overnight.
  4. Serve with shrimp arranged on a bed of lettuce on individual salad plates.
