Dijon lamb chops (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Trim fat from lamb chops. Rub both sides with lemon; sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and pepper.
- Combine parsley and next 2 ingredients, mix well, and press on all sides of chops. Place chops in a 12x8x2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered,at 500F for 4 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bakechops an additional 15 minutes.
