Grilled lamb shish kebab (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut the meat in cubes.
  2. Mix the wine, oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, chili pepper, black pepper and salt; whisk well.
  3. In a dip bowl, Combine the meat and the mixture; Keep it in the fridge for an hour to marinate.
  4. Chop the vegetables as desired and mix with the marinated meat.
  5. Arrange the meat and the vegetables on skewers; grill or broil for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Serve it hot.
