Recipe instructions
Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Soak eggs in cold water until cold. Crack egg shells- Do Not Shell; set aside while preparing sauce. Pour boiling water into Chinese black tea; let stand for 5 minutes. Pour tea into a saucepan (straining out tea leaves); add soy sauce, star aniseeds and salt to tea;add eggs and boil in mixture for 20 minutes. Remove shells. Serve cold
