Layered seafood appetizer (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning in a medium bowl until well blended.
  2. Spread evenly on the bottom of a pizza pan or 12-inch round serving platter.
  3. Sprinkle onions and tomatoes over cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top with crab meat and cheddar cheese.
  5. prinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning, if desired.
  6. Serve with crackers and chips. Serves 10.
