Creole pecan dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain on paper towels, cool and crumble.
  3. Pour off bacon fat except 1 tbsp of drippings.
  4. Saute onion and garlic in drippings.
  5. Combine onion and garlic with bacon, cream cheese, half and half, blue cheese, and 1/2 of the pecans.
  6. Place in an oven proof dish.
  7. Top with chopped pecans.
  8. Bakein a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly and heated through.
