Cajun cheese ball (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese by hand with A1 steak sauce, onion power, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, chili powder, and mayonnaise. Mix in cheddar cheese, ham, and green onions. Form the mixture into one or more balls. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving
