Recipe instructions

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  3. Stir in parsley and cream cheese spread until smooth.
  4. Spoon into serving dish.
  5. Can be served warm, but better cold with your choice of crackers.
