Baked salmon fillets (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 and Line a pan with non stick foil.
- Spread olive oil across foil where each fillet will go.
- Place fillets evenly across foil-thicker ones on the outside.
- Cover in olive oil.
- Sprinkle sea salt and freshly ground pepper on top of each fillet.
- Bakeat 450 for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
