Bick's bbq sliders (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. BURGERS: Heat oil in a small skillet. Add onions and garlic; cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Cool mixture before adding to the ground chicken.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooled onion mixture. Mix well. Divide mixture into 24 mini burgers about 1/2-inch thick. Grill sliders about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  3. DIPPING SAUCE: Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. This can be made ahead of time, and stored in the refrigerator.
  4. TO ASSEMBLE: Take skewer, slide on 1 Yum Yum Pickle slice, 1 Slider, 1 Yum Yum pickle slice, 1 slider, 1 yum Yum pickle slice, 1 slider and end with 1 Yum Yum pickle slice.
  5. Continue with the remaining skewers. Serve with dipping sauce.
  6. TIP: Onion and garlic mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator for your convenience.
