Fusf mandu (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Boil cabbage for 3 minutes. Add bean sprouts, cook for 1 more minute. Rinse in cold water in colander. Chop vegetables finely. In a medium mixing bowl, add beef, scallion, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil and mix well.
- Place 1 tbsp of mix on wonton wrapper. Brush egg mixture on edges, fold and seal.
- Add canola oil to pan, heat until shimmering. Saute wonton until brown. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and cook for 4 minutes.
- Dipping Sauce: 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp minced ginger. Prepare at least 1/2 hour ahead
