Amaretto shrimp (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Continue to heat until the milk solids begin to brown. Add the onion and saute until they begin to brown as well.
- Add shrimp and saute until they curl and turn pink, 2-3 minutes. Add amaretto, almonds and salt. Saute another 2 minutes. Serve over jasmine rice.
