Recipe instructions
Mix ground beef lightly with coffee and salt - shape into 4 patties. Patties should be about 1 inch thick. Brush patties with soy sauce. Pay fry over medium heat in butter for 8 minutes turn and brush again with soy sauce. Cook 8 additional minutes for medium. Serve on rolls
