Buffalo perogies (recipe)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine hot sauce, oil, and chili powder.
  4. Add frozen pierogis.
  5. Toss until well coated.
  6. Arrange on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bakeuntil golden and crisp, about 20-minutes, turning after 10-minutes.
  8. Serve with blue cheese and celery sticks, if desired.
