- Mix corn starch and water. Blend well. Slowly add to boiling broth.
- Stir constantly. Add in rice wine vinegar, cayenne, and white pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add in egg substitute (or one beaten egg) slowly and stirring constantly.
