Beef and noodles (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Season roast with white pepper, black pepper and salt.
- Put roast in a large stock pot.
- Pour water over roast.
- Drop in bouillon cubes.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cover.
- Cook on low 3-4 hours.
- Remove roast from broth and heat, set aside to cool (about 30 min).
- Pour pkg of noodles into broth and cover (make sure heat is off, this will steam the noddles).
- Cut fat off roast and pull meat into thin strips.
- Put meat back into pot with broth and noodles.
- Heat on low for 15-20 minutes
