Balsamic london broil (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, marjoram and Worcestershire in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Place meat in a zip-lock bag or a shallow dish. Pierce meat with a fork in several places. Pour sauce over meat, turning to coat. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium (300 ?-350 ?). Remove meat from marinade. If you want to use the marinade as a sauce, cook it in a sauce pan until it boils.
- Place meat on grill, covered, for 7-12 minutes each side for medium rare. Remove and let stand for 3 minutes. Cut across the grain into thin slices and serve
