Recipe instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Skim the fat off the top and shred the meat.
- If you don't have beef boullion, you can just use beef broth. We always serve this on Media Noche Rolls with horseradish sauce and swiss cheese. Definitely use the broth for dipping. Enjoy!.
