Broccoli with korean flare (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Boil a 5 quart sauce pan with water and heat till boiling.
  2. when water is boiling place broccoli crowns in water for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Quickly drain water from broccoli and place broccoli in bowl.
  4. Add Sesame oil pepper and salt to broccoli and mix around with a wooden spoon.
  5. Place in dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. You are done!.
