Hot pepper turkey marinate (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- This recipe has always been done on a 20 lbs turkey and I usually multiple the recipe 8 times for the 20 lb turkey or 4 times for a 10 lb turkey.
- Marinate cavity, pour over turkey and rub into skin marinate overnight in refrigerator (Do not cover with aluminum in refrigerator). Cook uncovered as usual.
