Peppered vegetable medley (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut veggies into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except sesame seeds, in shallow baking dish.
  3. Cover and bakein 375 8F oven for 30-35 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir vegetables halfway through cooking.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
  5. feel free to vary the veggies according to season.
