Baked parmesan roughy (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- in a large resealable plastic bag, combine cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and salt.
- In a shallow bowl, combine eggs and milk. Dip fish fillers in egg mixture, then shake in cornflake mixture.
- Transfer to a greased 15 inch X 10 inch x 1 inch baking pan. Bakeat 450 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
