Dijon shrimp (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and saute 1 minute.
  3. Remove shrimp to a dish.
  4. Add sherry to skillet and simmer 30 seconds.
  5. Add mustard and cream and mix well.
  6. Return shrimp to skillet for 1 minute.
  7. Add pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chives on top.
