Recipe instructions
- In a medium glass dish, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley.
- Place salmon fillets into the dish and cover with marinade.
- Marinate in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375 8F.
- Place fillets in aluminum foil; cover with marinade and seal.
- Place sealed salmon into a baking dish and bakefor 35-45 minutes until easily flaked with a fork.
