Recipe instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
  3. Cut focaccia in half lengthwise with a long serrated knife.
  4. Cut each half into 1-inch wide strips.
  5. Place on baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
  6. Bake12-14 minutes, turning once, until lightly toasted.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Push sticks together (it's easier to sprinkle them this way); sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake1-2 minutes, just until cheese melts.
