Baked camembert (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- heat oven to 200 celcius.
- insert garlic into rind of cheese.
- pour over red wine.
- sprinkle thyme on top.
- bakeon an oven tray for 10-15 minutes.
- grind fresh black pepper over the top and serve with crusty bread.
- Note: sourdough bread goes really well with this - next time I would cut the garlic into slivers instead of halves, so that it could roast more.
