Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 ?.
- In a 12\inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook onion, caraway seeds and salt, stirring occasionally, 14 minutes or until onions are golden.
- Meanwhile, on baking sheet, arrange bread slices.
- Bake10 minutes or until edges are golden.
- When cool slightly rub with garlic cloves.
- Evenly top each bread slice with onion mixture, then cheese.
- Bake2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
