Italian house stromboli (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roll out the dough into an oval/rectangular shape.
  3. Layer on the hams, pepperoni and cheeses until full.
  4. Fold the dough over and cut off excess pieces and the pinch closed, you may need a bit of water to close tightly.
  5. Brush olive oil all over top and sprinkle oregano.
  6. Bakeat 350 degrees for about 10-15 minuted or until browned and cooked throughout.
  7. Slice and serve.
