Pacheese balls (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Heat 2 inches of vegetableoil in a large pot or deep fryer, until a deep-fry thermometer registers 360 degrees.
  2. Mix together ricotta chesse, 11/2 c breadcrumbs and garlic powder. Roll cheese about the size of golf ball, toss in remaining 1/2 c breadcrumbs. Carefully place in oil. Fry a few at a time, about 1 minute 30 seconds.
  3. Drain on aplate lined with Viva towels. Let cool and eat away. These are sooooooooo good and filling. Dip in tomato sauce, if desired.
