Arthur's tofu (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- 1. cube tofu into 3/4 inch cubes.
- 2. Toast sesames seeds on non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 3. Mix oyster sauce, sesame oil and fish sauce together. Add 1 - 2 tsp of water do dilute.
- 4. Add spinach to frying pan. Wilt and pour over tofu.
- 5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
