Recipe instructions
- steam the beans till tender. mix in butter while still hot.
- dry roast zeera in pan till it splutters, add beans, coriander powder, garam masala, green chili and salt. mix well stir over low heat.
- serve in a flat dish. sprinkle lemon juice over it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
