Recipe instructions
- In a large nonstick frying pan put the olive oil, red chili flakes and minced garlic.
- Heat over medium heat, and cook just until the edges of the garlic are a very light brown.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until the spinach is tender, adding salt as needed.
- Turn off heat and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and lightly blend.
- Optional: Toasted pine nuts can be used as a crunchy garnish!.
