Baked french onion dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In a Med Size Bowl stir well, Swiss Cheese, Onion and Mayo.
  2. Spoon into greased 1 Quart Deep Baking Dish.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
  4. Bakeat 325 for 40 to 45 minutes or till onions are tender.
  5. Serve with French Bread or Assorted Crackers.
