Recipe instructions
Fry ground chicken, turning frequently so chicken doesn't burn. chicken should be finely crumbled. Drain off any grease. In a large bowl mix the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Once ingredients are mixed together, fill the scoops with a teaspoon of the mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bakefor 5 minutes at 350 degrees. These are a big hit for any party occasion
