Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Wash the scallops and pat dry. Place in a lightly buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients (the melted butter through the vermouth) and spoon over the top of the scallops. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bakefor 30 minutes. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
