Cheese pudding (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 1-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. For white sauce, cook flour in butter until bubbly. Add milk. Stir over low heat until thickened.
  3. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Add egg yolks. Fold in egg whites. Stir lightly. Turn into prepared dish. Bakeuntil just browned.
