Bbq tofu (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Drain tofu.
- Slice tofu into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Combine remaining ingredients except for BBQ sauce with whisk and marinate tofu for one hour at room temperature.
- Arrange slices on a baking sheet and bakeat 400F for 20 minutes.
- Flip slices and bakefor another 20 minutes.
- Remove pan, spread on BBQ sauce, and finish in oven for 5-10 minutes.
