Low carb bacon and double cheese quiche (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. preheat oven to 375 8F.
  2. In a bowl whisk together the egg, cream, water, thyme and pepper.
  3. Pour into greased pie dish. Sprinkle the bacon bits evenly over the mixture. Sprinkle the cheeses evenly over the mixture.
  4. Bakeuntil golden and custard is set (about 40 - 50 minutes). Allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy.
  5. Only 2 grams of carbs per serving.
