Hash browns breakfast quiche (recipe)


  1. Grease the bottom of a 9 by 13 pan.
  2. Layer with hash-browns and pour melted butter evenly over the tops.
  3. Bakeat 350 for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle the sausage evenly over the top.
  5. Then sprinkle cheese.
  6. In a large bowl whip eggs, milk, cream, and salt.
  7. Pour over the casserole and bakeanother 30 minutes.
  8. It should be firm in the center and browned lightly but evenly.
