Recipe instructions

  1. Pre-bakethe pie crust.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375 8F.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onions until soft. Add garlic and cook one additional minute. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a food processor, combine the tofu, soy milk, nutrional yeast mustard, cayenne, and salt. Process until smooth.
  5. Fold together tofu mixture, veggies and cheese.
  6. Pour into crust and bakeuntil firm and lightly browned, about 45 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
