Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 8F.
  2. Spread pizza base with tomato paste, garlic and shallots.
  3. Arrange mushrooms, olive and cherry tomatoes around base. Sprinkle with cheese. Put in oven and bakefor 20 minutes or until everything is golden.
  4. Remove from oven and serve topped with avocado and basil leaves.
