Egg mice (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 2-3 per serving.

Recipe instructions
- Remove a thin slice from the side of the egg, so the egg will not roll over; This will be the bottom of the mouse.
- Slice the salami down the middle.
- Cut 2 thin slices, lengthwise, from the inside of each salami half, this will be the tails.
- Cut the halves in two, this will be the ears.
- At the small part of the egg and in the center, cut a small slit, just big enough to insert the broccoli floret, this is the nose.
- Just above the nose, cut two holes for the raisins to be inserted, this will be the eyes.
- Starting at the smaller part of the egg, where the nose is, cut two slits on each side, 1/3 of the way down the egg and insert two triangular pieces of salami, this will be the ears.
- Slice cheese cube in half crosswise to form two cheese triangles, one for each mouse.
- Plate mice on a dark platform and decorate with cheese pieces and serve.
