Bacon and corn rollups (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Set oven to 220 8C
  2. Place a baby corn cob near the end of a bacon rasher. Roll the end over to cover it. Place another corn cob next to the first and continue rolling the bacon around both cobs. Repeat with the remaining bacon and corn.
  3. Place in a baking tray and bakefor 15 minutes.
  4. Pat with kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
  5. Frozen potato croquettes can be cooked alongside the rollups and make an ideal accompaniment.
