Chicken fans (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place first 5 ingredients in a bowl and toss.
  2. Stir mayonnaise and lemon juice together in a cup.
  3. Pour over chicken mixture.
  4. Stir lightly.
  5. Make 3 cuts in rolls from top to bottom making sure you dont cut right through.
  6. Spread inside cuts with the butter.
  7. Spread chicken mixture between cuts.
  8. Wrap each roll in foil.
  9. Heat in 180C degrees oven for about 15-20 minutes, until hot.
