Homemade spaghetti sauce with ground beef (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Mince onion and bell pepper.
  2. Heat oil in medium pan.
  3. Put minced onion and bell pepper into small bowl and add garlic and toss around.
  4. sautv in oil on low until very lightly toasted.
  5. Add ground beef and brown on medium.
  6. Drain excess grease.
  7. pour tomato sauce in medium bowl.
  8. add onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and mix.
  9. pour into pan with ground beef and simmer 7-10 minutes
  10. serve over pasta for a delicious delight!.
