Hot wings (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Cut off and discard wing tip, then cut the wings into 2 pieces then rinse and pat dry.
- Put the chicken pieces on a 15x10x1 inch baking pan in a single layer. Preheat oven to 375 8F.
- Bakefor 20 minutes.
- While baking the chicken wings take and melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Stir in the hot sauce.
- Next drain off the fat from the wings. Then brush the wings with half of the butter and hot sauce mixture. Return wings to oven and bakefor 10 minutes more.
- Next pull out of oven and turn wings over and brush the other half of the butter and hot sauce mixture on the wings and cook for another 10 minutes or till no longer pink. Then serve the wings with ranch or blue cheese
