Recipe instructions
- Reconstitute the pepper in boiling water. Reserve O c water for use in recipe. Remove stem and seeds. (Leave seeds for more heat.
- Combine oil, almond butter, and garlic in food processor. Snip reconstituted pepper into small pieces with scissors, and add to food processor. Blend. Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
